Getting started

How do I create an account?

Click Sign up on the homepage or in the navigation. You can sign up with your email or use a social login. After that, complete the short onboarding to set your grade and subjects.

Is TutorFlow free?

You can try TutorFlow with a limited number of free questions. For unlimited access and features like saving notes, see our pricing on the homepage or the paywall after you sign in.

Which grades and subjects are supported?

TutorFlow supports Grades 8 to 12 and a range of subjects including Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Accounting, and more. Select your grade and subjects in your profile or during onboarding.

Using Miss AI

How do I ask a question?

Go to the Chat from your dashboard, choose your subject, and type your question in your own words. Miss AI will respond with a step-by-step explanation. You can ask follow-up questions in the same conversation.

Can I save answers as notes?

Yes. After Miss AI answers, use the "Save as Note" button to add the response to your notes. You can view and manage your notes from the Notes section in your dashboard.

Why was my question not answered?

We try to keep conversations focused on the subjects we support and on study-related questions. If your question was not answered, it may have been outside that scope. Try rephrasing or choosing a different subject. If you think something went wrong, contact us.

Account and billing

How do I change my grade or subjects?

Go to your Profile or dashboard settings. You can update your grade and subject preferences there.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from your account or the paywall page. Cancelling will stop future charges; you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

I have a billing issue. What should I do?

Contact us at support@tutorflow.co.za with your account email and a short description of the issue. We will look into it and reply as soon as we can.

Technical issues

If the site is slow, not loading, or something else is not working, try refreshing the page or using a different browser. If the problem continues, email us at support@tutorflow.co.za with your device and browser (e.g. Chrome on Windows) and a short description of what you see. We use this to fix issues and improve TutorFlow for everyone.
